Soldiers are separated into low, middle and high levels. A river divides the split-screen horizontally, with a bridge in the center that crosses it as the division line. The left side of the screen contains the wall that faces front; soldiers are placed there. Click and hold the cards to move them. Position them wherever you want and they will transform into soldiers that attack the enemy. Additional soldiers can only be deployed after a suitable interval passes. During this time, the player needs to reposition soldiers near the city gate before enemies close in on it.

A soldier card represents a soldier with different strengths and skills. Each soldier has a different outfit to visually represent their strength and role. Starting soldiers wear simple, blank uniforms. Their weapons lack any outstanding features. Later, soldiers wore armor that provided defensive capabilities— often sporting purple or red clothing. Mirrors are used to improve the appearance of the warrior. Aggressively representing the warrior intimidates enemies, ensuring they can&t belittle them. This also makes them more difficult to defeat with their sharp weapons.

Assail a powerful bastion. The persevering masses recognize their power only after breaking the henchmen's resistance. These bosses have the potential to be extremely difficult to kill. They quickly destroy your army and possibly pose a threat to the city with two hands holding two sharp knives. Blood vessels drift through the boss' muscular body. Any time the boss strikes, it reduces the health of nearby minions by half.

Your country is made up of many regions. Each region is enclosed by a dashed line in the middle of a large ocean sea. Once the player satisfies the criteria for a particular region, additional areas will become accessible. Different regions require different standards. Additionally, the landscape changes with each region. A player may need to defend a small tower in the middle of a region or the main castle in an area's central area. Alternatively, players may have to protect the vehicle of the region's supreme king. Players can restart the game when they die; they must complete the level before destroying any enemies. The game organizes events that provide additional rewards and funding. Annual events provide even more rewards; however, only certain colors of the event's border indicates what specific value the reward will have. Special events also provide additional funding, but with a higher chance of providing higher valued rewards. By earning new soldier cards or rare soldier cards, unlocking can grant access to new features.
